Action Packed Sunday

Last night after our bonfire with Daddy cool, we went to our cabin to get ready for bed only to find cockroaches falling from the ceiling in Alicia and Val’s room. Rhonda came to our rescue and killed all four of them as we ran out screaming. In the morning after our wake up call from JP, we had breakfast. A very cool Fish ID lecture followed. Then, we went to church in our Sunday dress. The service was very lively and unpredictable not like at home. We got to make our own ham sandwiches and nachos for lunch. We ventured to Pigeon Cay by boat where we had our first big snorkel in the water. It was kinda difficult because we were fighting the waves. We saw a variety of fish and coral like Squirrelfish, Angelfish, Grunts, and Brain Coral. We swam through a lot of thimble jellies that could sting you and seaweed. We snorkeled around the whole island and when we got back to our surprise we found a lizard in JP’s mesh bag. We trapped it and brought it back to the island where we named it Sylvio. We spent a few hours doing what we wanted like showering, tanning, and swimming. We ate chicken BBQ for dinner. Then, we had a lecture about the history and culture of the Bahamas.
Love~ Lee, Val, Rach, Mal

P.S.~ Patrick we wish you were here and we miss you.

I have been thinking of you often - especially yesterday when we woke up to 1 and 1/2 inches of snow on the ground and a cold wind! I think it would be very nice for Daddy Cool to come and work at North Collins JSHS - particularly for the "enlightening of the mind" part! Do you think you could entice him with April snow, grey skies and wind chills of 20 degrees? Tell him the perk is: great kids and teachers!
Rock on!

Hello everyone!!
We hope everyone is having fun and that there is minimal seasickness. Soak up lots of sun as it is still cold here, about 49 degrees today.
Kels and Lee, I know you are probably having an amazing time, but we can't wait for you to get home. The house is so quiet, its driving us nuts. Goomer, you ran screaming from the room? We really wish we could have seen that. Can't wait to hear from you Kark. Love you both bunches and miss you tons!!
We are anxiously awaiting more pictures. Keep trying, the ones from Saturday are great!!
Love to you all,
the Barratts

Hey zach, seems like you have been gone forever. lots of peace and quiet around the house but starting to get boring. sounds like so much fun you are all having. I wish I were there. Don't know if I could handle the cockroaches though. Yuk!!!! Snorkeling sounds awesome! Everyone is doing well here. Weather should be in the 60s when you come home. We all miss you. Love ya, the family

Zach, Don't forget to:
say your prayers,
change you underwear,
and check the inside of your sneakers for critters before you put them on!
